Baked Kale and Cheddar Breakfast Cups

Breakfast is often described as the most important meal of the day. So, let’s start our day off right with these nutrient-dense, low-carb, Baked Kale and Cheddar Breakfast Bites.

As we all know, kale is packed with a range of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamins A, C, and K, as well as phytochemicals. To add even more vitamins to this recipe, I used Eggland’s Best eggs. These eggs have six times more Vitamin D than ordinary eggs.
