Why should you eat an avocado a day?

This salad is not only quick and easy to make, it’s delicious and good for you. It’s great as a side or a meal, and it’s perfect to serve at summer potlucks.
Avocado Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 2 medium round tomatoes
- 1/3 cucumber
- 1 lime, juiced
- Basil (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
Simply put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine. The juices from the tomatoes and the lime make the perfect dressing.
Mix it up
Add bacon, red onion, corn, mozzerella, or cilantro
