About Us

Bright Sky Nutrition was founded in 2015 after our founder, Donna, spent years in traditional medicine.

She realized that so many issues that the medical industry tended to treat with prescriptions could be solved with nutrition. With this background, she created a company that could pursue your health based on the newest discoveries, fact-based nutrition science, and an awareness of your total health.

Every practitioner at Bright Sky is a licensed dietitian, base their guidance on research, and have a deep understanding of what your body needs.

Meet the Team

Donna Webb

Founder and owner , RDN, LD, CDCES

My passion is to help people discover that they can reach their health and wellness goals. You see commercials all the time for “quick fixes” that don’t often translate into long-term results.

I want to help you achieve your health goals. And—best of all—it doesn’t have to be hard or complicated to reach long-term success!

I am a licensed dietitian and a certified diabetes instructor. I have helped people just like you achieve their health and wellness goals for over 20 years. I look forward to meeting you and helping you in your weight loss and nutrition journey!

Rachel Wemple

RDN, LD, CDCES

I am a Clinical Dietitian at Bright Sky Nutrition and at Sharlin Health & Neurology. I grew up in Joplin, Missouri, and completed my Bachelor’s in Dietetics at Missouri State University.

After receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, I completed my internship at Augusta Area Dietetic Internship Program in Augusta, Georgia. As well as a practicing Registered and Licensed Dietitian for 20 years, I am also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.

My experience includes helping adolescents and adults in reversing chronic disease in the areas of chronic kidney disease, weight loss, metabolic syndrome, insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, fatty liver, hyperlipidemia, and complex gastrointestinal issues.

Recently, my focus has included individualizing and optimizing nutrient intake for those individuals with various neurological conditions (migraines, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, and Multiple Sclerosis).

I look forward to joining you on your health journey!

Sherry Roberts

MS, RD, LDN, CDCES

Hi, I’m Sherry Roberts. I work as an RD and CDCES at a rural hospital in Missouri. I help people understand how their diet affects their blood sugar and use technology to manage diabetes. I began my education with a BS in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University and worked as a registered dietitian. Then, I received an Associate of Science in Health and Fitness from Bryan University and worked as a registered dietitian and personal trainer. Afterward, I worked at an endocrinology practice and became a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Then I got my Master’s in Public Health from Liberty University. Outside of work, I enjoy strength training and supporting my kids.

Elizabeth Arensberg

MS, RD, LDN

I’m Elizabeth, a food-loving, veggie-fanatic dietitian on a mission to help everyone rekindle the joy in their health. I received my BSHS at the University of Dayton. Then completed both my master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and the Dietetics and Integrative Medicine Graduate Certificate at the University of Kansas Medical Center. My focus in nutrition is gut health and helping individuals resolve their digestive symptoms.

Danielle Farmer

I just had my one-year anniversary of practicing as a dietitian! I was fortunate enough to attend TCU (go frogs!) for my undergrad, where I worked with the Athletics department in my free time. I completed my Masters in May at Missouri State University. One of my favorite parts of working as a dietitian is opening the world of food to others and helping them make decisions that are best for them in their everyday life! The greatest part of this process is helping others find cooking and food preparation that brings them joy and scrumptious food and fits their life. I am excited to work with you and celebrate the big and little wins!

Connie Vernon

Virtual Assistant, MS

I listen to our patient’s needs and schedule clients with the dietitian that can best help them achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition, I enjoy my role as a liaison to ensure patient records and information is up to date. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you on your health journey.
